Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an Account and use the 45jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing all gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager, unless applicable law permits otherwise.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of 45jl Casino or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 45jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling operator through a self-exclusion program or regulatory order.
• You must have the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into a binding contract.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 45jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

45jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documents submitted. In such cases, 45jl may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and will report material fraud to relevant Philippine authorities as required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

Account registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. By completing registration, you also acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and solely at your own discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) details. 45jl will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, or email.

Deposits

45jl accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. 45jl reserves the right to return deposited funds to the originating account if the source cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Deposit limits may be set voluntarily through your Account's Responsible Gaming settings. PAGCOR's regulations require 45jl to honor all self-imposed deposit limits immediately upon activation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 45jl Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Pending KYC verification will suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business banking hours during business hours.
• Active Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 45jl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Providing false identity information, including fraudulent government identification, during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Allowing another person to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to access the Platform, play games, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Attempting to exploit identified software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 45jl staff or other players through any support channel.
• Any conduct that 45jl reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

45jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine laws including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A regulatory direction or order from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Where an Account is closed due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms, 45jl reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. In all other cases of closure, including voluntary closure and regulatory closure, Real-Money Funds will be returned to the player following the completion of any pending investigation and applicable AML checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption or suspension of the Platform due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond 45jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The content, services, or practices of third-party payment processors or game providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 45jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy

45jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be prominently stated at the top of the document. In the event of a dispute between you and 45jl, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 45jl's Customer Support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial written notification to 45jl, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
